By accessing or using our website, requesting services, or engaging MoveNReady for contracting work, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

MoveNReady Contractors provides general contracting, remodeling, renovation, construction, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, permits, inspections, and written agreements.

Service details, scope of work, timelines, and pricing are defined in written estimates, proposals, or contracts. Website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment.

  • Pricing may change if hidden conditions, structural issues, or code requirements are discovered after work begins.

  • Any changes to scope, materials, or timeline require written approval before proceeding.

  • Estimates are valid for a limited time and may expire due to material cost changes or availability.

MoveNReady does not guarantee pricing beyond the terms stated in a written agreement.

3. Scheduling and Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on reasonable expectations. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Permit or inspection delays

  • Material shortages

  • Client-requested changes

  • Unforeseen site conditions

MoveNReady is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

4. Permits and Inspections

Unless otherwise stated in writing, MoveNReady will obtain required permits and coordinate inspections as part of the contracted scope. Work will be performed in compliance with applicable local and state building codes.

Approval or rejection by local authorities may affect timelines and scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Allow reasonable access to the property during work hours

  • Remove or protect personal belongings unless otherwise agreed

  • Make timely payments according to the contract

MoveNReady is not responsible for delays or damages caused by lack of access, incomplete information, or client interference.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms are outlined in the written contract or estimate.
Failure to make payments on time may result in:

  • Work suspension

  • Project delays

  • Additional fees

  • Legal action to recover unpaid balances

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Changes and Additional Work

Any work not included in the original agreement is considered additional work.
Change orders must be:

  • Documented in writing

  • Approved by the client

  • Priced and scheduled before work begins

Verbal approvals are not binding.

8. Warranties

MoveNReady warrants its workmanship for a limited period as defined in the written contract.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranties)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties

  • Acts of nature, including storms or flooding

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law:

  • MoveNReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

  • MoveNReady is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects

10. Website Use

Website content is provided “as is” for informational purposes.
You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Copy or distribute content without permission

MoveNReady reserves the right to modify or remove website content at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Termination of Services

MoveNReady may terminate or suspend services if:

  • Contract terms are violated

  • Payments are not made

  • Unsafe or unlawful conditions exist

Termination does not waive the right to collect payment for work completed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MoveNReady may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
